Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limit to recruitment and selection, with focus on the C&B functions, such as insurance matters, incentive & bonus scheme
• To assist in tax filing to ensure accuracy & conformance with regulations
• Conduct salary survey, benchmarking and prepare HR analysis reports on C&B related issues to increase company's competitive edge
• To assist in preparation of budget and forecast exercise
• To prepare regular C&B management reports
• Maintain and enhance the HRIS
• Support in HR policies and procedures update and review
• Handle other ad-hoc project as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of working experiences in HR Generalist role  
• Experienced in sizable Company, retail, manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or FMCG is highly preferred
• Well versed with with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant statutory requirements, ISO system is an advantage
• Strong analytical skill and numerical sense
• Be a good team player, mature and able to handle multi-task efficiently
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing & Flex System
  
• Immediate available is highly preferred
