Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development and staff relations;
• Plan and manage recruitment and selection of employees, including but not limited to job posting, screening, employee contract, new staff orientation;
• Handle monthly payroll, attendance & leave management; 
• Follow up probation evaluation, contract renewal and internal memo; 
• Prepare and compile statistics and reports for management review on a regular basis;
• Update staff information and maintain proper filing system;
• Perform all rounded administrative duties
• Weekly report

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR field, preferably in sizable organization.
• Good team play with communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, 
• Computer literacy, MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing).
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
