Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Product Development, you are responsible for:

• Product development of cruise specialty through creating innovative products, new itineraries and exploring new destinations
• Extend product portfolio based on market trends and customer demands
• Liaise with GSA principal on product development and promotional activities
• Provide market intelligence in relation to external environment including research, evaluation, products & destination requirements as well as competitors performance
• Support business plan and strategies to achieve sales targets  
• Explore the right and new target customer segments to promote cruise products in achieving business growth
• Monitor quality control on products to ensure in line with legal and corporate requirements
• Any other duties or projects as and when assigned

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above, preferably in Tourism Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, of which at least 4 years in managerial level
• Experience in product development in cruise specialty is essential
• Innovative, customer focus and proactive
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
• Good at planning, organizing and project management
• Able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
• Must be computer literate
• Fluent in both spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
