Job Description:

• Follow up purchase orders in order to support daily operations;
• Assist in sourcing, price negotiation, quality checking and delivery arrangements;
• Maintain and update all purchasing documents and records;
• Work closely with internal parties to keep track & monitor stock level;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned;
• Working location: Fo Tan.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in business or related discipline;
• 3-4 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in Food Manufacturing industry
• Familiar with MS application including Word, Excel 
• Good communication & negotiation skills ;
• Responsible, well-organized, attention to details, self-motivated;
• Good command of written & verbal Cantonese and English, knowledge in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above);
• Immediate available is preferred.
