Responsibilities:

• Work with internal team such as Sales, Food Services, Production, Warehouse to ensure food production is on time.
• Work with Purchasing team to ensure the material delivery is on time.
• Accountable for the stock cover in the food items level.
• Identify the materials exceptions and take appropriate actions.
• Maintain records of production schedules.
• Analyze and estimate the usage of materials and manpower for production line.
• Drive continuous improvement on master scheduling and production planning.

Requirement:

• Form 5 with minimum 1 year related production and material planning or supply chain working experience, knowledge in ERP an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skill in data management and reporting.
• Good organization and planning skill.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in PC skills.
