Responsibilities

ŸResponsible to provide customer services at our HK service centre

ŸHandle customer enquiries and acting as a bridge between Company and its existing and potential clients.

ŸPromote the company products and services to potential and existing customers through direct marketing

ŸMaintain and develop good relationship with existing and potential customers

Requirements

ŸDiploma or above

ŸMinimum 1 year relevant experience in hospitality or retail service will be an advantage

ŸGood command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English

ŸGood communication skill and customer service focused

ŸEnthusiastic and highly motivated

ŸShift duty is required

ŸFresh graduate are also welcomed
