The incumbent will act as the on-site in-charge of a luxurious residential estate at The Peak. He/She will oversee all aspects of the property management functions, including Cleaning, Security and Maintenance. The ideal candidate should be: 

• Degree holder in Hospitality/Property Management or related disciplines. Solid experience in dealing with owners’ organizations is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Hospitality/Property Management industry of which 2 years at supervisory level, preferably gained from luxury residential building/Serviced Apartment/hotel management
• Possess MCIH or equivalent professional qualification, knowledgeable in BMO, mature, independent, having strong interpersonal and PR skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese is a must 
• Experience of any large scale building renovation work is definitely an edge    
• Candidates with less experience/qualifications may also be considered as Senior Estate Officer
