The incumbent is responsible for intensive debt collection follow up , handling customers’ enquiries and resolving invoicing problems and liaising with other departments for disputed billings and outstanding accounts. Ability to prepare credit reports for review & analysis.

Requirements

• Diploma Holder or above in Accounting/ Finance;
• 3 – 5 years' credit control & AR experience;
• Experience in dealing with sizeable customer portfolio, preferably giant conglomerates and financial institutions.
• Highly customer focused ;
• Collaborative in a large team; self-motivated and  strong interpersonal skills & able to work under pressure;
• Good knowledge in Excel is critical;

**Candidates with more experience may be considered for a more senior position. **
