People & Projects Limited – P&P – is an accounting, tax and corporate services firm operating in Hong Kong, China and Singapore with over 100 professionals.Due to the rapid growth of the business, we are now seeking motivated and talented candidates for the position of IT & Finance Controller to join our Hong Kong Office.

Job Information

The selected candidate shall be in charge of control of Financial and IT Systems for the whole Group reporting to Group COO and CFO.

Training and formation on the provision of our Services and on our professional practice with the aim to create a new key expertise within the Group will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Extraction of data from the systems in use and generation of financial and operational reports for HQ and subsidiaries
• Support the group COO in monitoring operations through data analysis and reporting
• Assist in maintain and update group procedures, seeking and gathering feedbacks for the continuous improvement
• Manage On-boarding new colleagues and Exit procedures in IT Systems
• Liaise with the company’s IT Provider and lead enhancement on the company’s IT Systems
• Monitor IT Systems performance and maintenance
• Review and coordinate integration and completeness of internal information materials
• Assist Group COO and CFO for other ad hoc issues.

Requirements

• Relevant Higher Diploma, BBA or above in Computer Science or Economics/Finance/Business/ related discipline.
• Advance knowledge of MS Excel (VBA desirable) and MS Office
• Basic knowledge in accounting and ability to read Financial Statements of a Company
• Successful and lasting experience in team sports will be considered a plus
• Proficient in written/spoken in English is a MUST
• Open to experienced candidates as well as freshly graduated students

Compensation package will be proposed to suitable candidates according to experience level.
