Job responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, daily accounting transactions, operation, data input and filing
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis
• Payroll calculations
• Monitor disbursement, cheque & invoice processing
• Assist in stock-taking and data entry for inventory

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• LCC Intermediate level
• Minimum 2 years of full set accounts experience
• Proficiency with Excel ,MS word & Chinese word processing
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently, good analytical mind and coordination
• Initiative, cheerful, efficient, honest, helpful, responsible & good interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is preferred
