Our client will be the largest fixed-line service and the one the of largest mobile telecommunication provider. Currently there are looking for a Project Manager that experience in MVNO to work in their Hong Kong office.

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for IT project life cycle management, including but not limited to project feasibility study, project research and implementation
• Execute and implement the project plan and be responsible for monitoring and controlling the progress, quality, cost of the project in accordance with the company’s policies and management objectives
• Monitor the project progress and proactively identify and solve potential risks
• Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget and meet prescribed standards
• Coordinate with business units, customer support, project vendors, to solve IT system problems
• Work with internal counterparts to identify user requirements, create and executive solution plans accordingly
• Provide support to business units on the analysis of target customers and product development by using big data technology
• Liaise with MVNO business information system vendors to make recommendations on system optimization, and conduct supplier performance review on system support and maintenance

Job requirements

• Degree or above in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication Engineering
• Holder of PMP with solid knowledge in information system project management
• Over 8 years of experience in Telecom software development, with 5 years of project management experience (Project control and Documentation) in Telecom industry will be an advantage
• Able to understand and analyze business needs from technical perspective
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
