Our client, one of the global well-known IT vendor company, is now expanding the team and looking for a Technical Account Manager to meet the business needs:

Job Responsibilities:

• handle a portfolio of accounts and optimize client satisfaction
• Maintain the relationship with and generate more revenue from existing clients
• Build up revenue from new prospect and new business opportunity
• Identify business lead, understand the client’s requirement, construct the winning solution and close the deal
• understand the key goals and business drivers, thus enabling strategic debate with the client and delivery of solutions that best meet the business requirements
• lead the analysis phase of projects and responsible for the analysis of the customers required deliverables
• Ensure all project documentation, especially proposals and quotes are well written and accurate
• Manage budget and scheduling, working closely with the technical teams on implementation; monitor project status

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of working experience as a Technical Consultant OR Project Manager (IT Infrastructure) 
• Excellent interpersonal and organsiational skills
• Good English is a must
• Good understanding of WAN and LAN technologies
• Good understanding of Microsoft and Cisco products
• Knowledge of Microsoft and 3^rd Party Server Products (e.g. Exchange, SQL, VMWare, Citrix)
• Project experience with IT setup for new office
