Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Provide support, monitor, setup and configuration on all servers, systems, network infrastructure, and applications
2. Carry out system maintenance including installation, troubleshooting, disaster recovery planning, backup jobs monitoring
3. Work together with the regional IT team for management on the global network maintenance, IT policies and procedures
4. Software and hardware upgrade, day-to-day system administration and technical support services
5. Manage LAN/WAN, Internet, Intranet, Firewall and Windows Servers etc.
6. Provide security controls for production systems like Virus/SPAM control & prevention, firewall rules update
7. Work directly with end users to provide technical support, installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of applications
8. Maintain and update the internal and external Website
9. Maintenance and update the PABX System
10. Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Qualification:
1 . Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related qualifications
2 . Holder of MCSE/MCITP & CCNA/CCNP qualification will be an advantage
3 . Solid knowledge of Cisco firewall, switches and routers
4 . At least 3 years working experience in system and network administration
5 . Experience in MS Windows server (AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, MS SQL etc.) and Desktop (Windows XP/Vista/7, Office, Outlook) environment.
6 . Working knowledge in Blackberry, Linux, Citrix Presentation Server, TeamViewer, TrendMicro, Backup Exec, VPN
7 . Experience in Virtualization platform (VMware, ESXi, Hyper-V)
8 . Programming experience in ASP.NET, AJAX, JavaScript, VBScript, SQL, HTML5, CSS etc.
9 .Experience in NEC PABX environment
10. Able to work independently and under pressure, self motivated, responsibility and able to learn
11. Good interpersonal and communication skills
12. Good command of both written and spoken in Chinese and English, Mandarin is desirable
