• Take part in the entire IT service management lifecycle from strategy, design, transition, early life support on operation and continuous improvement of security services
• Liaise effective and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide technical support and training on security services
• Responsible for preparing product documents such as customer and supplier contract, operation & support workflow
• Assist presales team and sales team for complex solution design

What You Bring to Us: 

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, IT or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience whereas at least 1 year in cybersecurity related field
• Hands-on experience with any two of the following: UTM, NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, SIEM, Email Security Gateway, Endpoint Security
• Knowledge of server and network virtualization is advantageous
• Holder of ITIL and any security professional certification is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to take up challenges
