The Challenge We Pose to You:

• Support daily IT system operation
• Handle IT documental work (such as user manual, payment, inventory keeping) 
• To administer different IT resources, including assets inventory/write-off and operating expenses
• Assist IT staff to maintain the operation of the department
• Coordinate department meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
• Assist in monitoring / collecting various status updates, ensuring they are completed on time
• Handle management assigned projects

What You Bring to Us: 

• Bachelor Degree with 1 years or more working experience
• Experience in asset, cost and expense management
• Able to solve problems independently, good interpersonal skills & able to work under pressure and challenges
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
