Responsibilities

• Support and monitor existing IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, desktop, server, mobile device, and data network.

• Assist in keeping track of infrastructure assets.

• Perform preventative maintenance work, backup, and other regular support activities

• Handle help desk support calls and maintain problem call logs

Key Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in computer science or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in PC and server installation, configuration and problem solving
• Strong knowledge of standard OA application (Office, email clients, Internet Browsers) and Operating Systems (XP /Win7 /Win10 /Linux /Mac OS /iOS /Android)
• Familiar with Microsoft AD, Firewall, and VPN products
• Aggressive, responsible, good organization and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
