Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the day to day security operations and system change lifecycle of critical security devices and tools, including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web Proxy, DNS & DHCP servers;
• Provide level 2 and level 3 technical support for all firewalls and security devices in APAC region
• Reporting to the Regional Protection Lead manage and maintain the configuration/ availability and system lifecycle of all key perimeter/internal security devices Firewall in region;
• Respond to incident escalation requirements from security tools and support SOC functions in region;
• IP Address Management (IPAM)
• DNS Management
• Firewall policy maintenance;
• Firewall base line security;
• IDS/ IPS & Web Proxy Management
• Provide proactive fault management and vendor engagement;
