Responsibilities:

• Provide technical supports on network and/or security projects
• Provide onsite network project implementations to customers.
• Support & troubleshooting on network infrastructure including of switches, routers and firewall
• Assist to prepare technical documents or proposals, e.g. network diagram, technical procedure & project workflow documents
   

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• With technical support experience on LAN, WAN and switches
• Holding CCNA certificates is an advantage
• Good Command in English and Cantonese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and can work independently or as a team
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Network Engineer Trainee
