Our client, a leading Investment Bank is looking for high-caliber person for the following position.

Responsibilities:-

• Lead database performance tuning activities and maintain performance metrics
• Create and document physical data models
• Customize database configuration parameters for specific applications
• Design backup and recovery, scalability and high availability database strategies
• Review SQL, stored procedures and application interfaces with databases
• Define and implement database access standards
• Recommend database management software and lead the development of concept activities

Requirements:-

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 8 years working experience
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle database including RAC, ASM, DataGuard, data partitioning, load balancing, JDBC, ODBC and integration with J2EE applications
• Well versed in design of both online transaction processing and business intelligence applications
• Those with less experience will consider as Database Administrator
