Job Duties:

• Provide daily technical support to IT facilities
• Maintain servers such as DNS, AD, File Server, Web Server, Databases, Email Sever, ERP and DMS
• Maintain security equipment such as network firewall, anti-virus server and CCTV system
• Perform Windows PC installation, upgrade and configuration
• Perform network infrastructure, design and security control
• Design and execute PC and server backup and contingency plans
• Resolve ERP related issues and evaluate solutions to streamline workflows
• Responsible for troubleshooting, hardware replacement and software upgrade
• Coordinate with vendor on software and hardware maintenance support and upgrade
• Undertake ad hoc projects as required
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Initiative, self-motivated and work independently
• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 2 years’ relevant experience in IT networking, system infrastructure, IT security and in supporting PC, LAN, WAN, MS Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux Server, Cisco Firewall, Internet, TCP/IP, security tools and VPN
• Experience in desktop software deployment tools, SQL Server administration, Active Directory administration
• Knowledge on Multiable ERP system is an advantage
• Good command in English and Cantonese, including Putonghua
• Less experience candidates will be considered as IT Support Assistant
