Job Description

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience on system support
Proven skills in PC troubleshooting, software deployment
Experience with Windows Server administration
Experience with MS SQL Server 2012/2014 or an equivalent database product, hands on knowledge with SQL statement is an advantage
Knowledge with VBScript or Javascript is an advantage
Experience with network connectivity and concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols

Job Duties

Report to team manager to provide document management software support to customer.
Software installation and configuration.
Provide system training to customer.

Allowances

Medical and travelling allowance will be provided
On job training will be provided.
