Duties / Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware and software installation, system support to users
• Evaluate and review systems, monitoring industry trends and providing information efficiently to meet both internal and customers' business needs
• Perform server and email account management
• Resolve end users problems and provide support for software applications, email access, internet access and PC hardware, etc
• Maintain hardware and software asset management
• Be comfortable working without constant supervision and be capable of identifying and prioritizing tasks.
• Maintaining client relationships

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3 years or above relevant working experience in Information Technology
• Familiar with Office365, Windows 7, 8.1, 10 and administration in Windows server, macOS, IOS, android, etc
• Hands-on experience in installation, setup, compilation and maintenance with hardware and network infrastructure equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customers service focused
• MCP / MCSE / ITIL will be an advantage
• Experience in working in a design / architectural firm IT support will be an advantage
• Excellent communication. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Mature, professional in attitude, result driven and good business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal, self-initiative, enthusiastic and team player
• Someone feels comfortable to work in a small, mid-size office and Enterprise independently
