Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the project implementation, configuration of system or network products;
• Provide system support on our own PKI related software product / system;
• Follow up support issues with users to ensure problems resolved and customer is satisfied;
• Prepare documentation such as System Test plan, System Design Document, System Administration Manual;
• Study and integrate new systems and technology

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent;
• 3-4 years hands on experience in setup, design and migrationon Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012 platform within depth implementation knowledge and design of Active Directory and other service such as DFS, DHCP/DNS,……….etc;
• 3-4 years hands on experience inimplementation and migration of Lotus Domino / Notes R8.5 platform or above;
• 3-4 years hands on experience inimplementation and migration of Microsoft Exchange 2007 or above;
• 2-3 years hands on experience in networking devicesetup and configuration including STP,LACP, Stacking, OSPF, BGP or Site to Site VPN using Cisco / H3C product;
• Knowledge and experience of configuring or migration of different networking device, including (but not limited to) Cisco / H3C Routers, Switches, Firewall with the brand of Checkpoint / Juniper / Cisco/ SonicWall and Fortigate;
• Experience of Cloud Email platform migration is an advantage;
• Holder of Certification of Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) / IBM Certified System Administrator (ICSA) / Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is an advantage;
• Working experience in HK Government Department or Bureaus is an advantage;
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with proactive attitude and can work independently or in a teamwork environment. Able to work closely with internal colleagues and users;
• Self-motivated, have good sense of team spirit and problem solving;
• Be willing to work under stress and time management pressure;
• Good speaking and writing skills both in Chinese and English; Speaking skills in Putonghua is an advantage
• Required travel to China for project rollout
