The Job:

• Manages the settlement of claims in accordance with company policies and procedure
• Assesses and implements improvements in claim handling process to control fraud and claims leakage
• Analyses claims management data, identifies potential issues and liaises with stakeholders to address these issues
• Assesses customer claim service standards and makes recommendations for improvement
• Implement quality assurance checks and acting on the results
• Supervise staff and monitor team performance
• Provide training to staff

The Person:

• Good insurance knowledge with at least 10 years of experience in general insurance claims area inclusive of 3 years at managerial level
• University graduate or above and/or holder of ACII/ANZII (Snr Assoc) qualification
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge on pro-active Claims Management
• Good interpretation skills
• Good spoken and written communication skills in both English & Chinese
