Job Descriptions:

• Explore and develop new business markets and manage and maintain good relationship with existing customers
• Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase the company’s sales revenue and market share
• Manage and expand the local team
• Responsible for achieving the revenue target achievement of the sales team
• Use existing customer database and expertise to market the product in neighboring countries and other continents
• Review and improve the sales and order service related practices to enhance the overall operational efficiency and customer satisfactions;
• Work closely with the clients and internal teams to recommend the product and sales development directions to the company
• Grading and assortment of certified and uncertified diamonds
• Pricing the good as per prevailing market conditions
• Liaise with India suppliers
• Management of Diamond Stock
• Update Management for the market overview
• Attend trade shows/exhibitions locally in HK and in overseas market 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above (with a Master Degree is preferable)
• Minimum 5 years up in Sales & Marketing solid work experience in management level in Diamonds field is a MUST
• Having Diamond Certificate would be an advantage
• Proven experience to manage and deal with the Global and Asian diamond’s market, especially strong network with the diamond industry and clients would be required
• Good knowledge in Diamonds products, and understand the Indian Language and experience to deal with the India Market and India supplier / factory is important
• Strong experience in grading of diamonds
• With sound achievement reaching prominent sales target
• Aggressive to develop new business opportunity
• Excellent in spoken and written English; Knowledge of Hindi
• Mature, aggressive, self-motivated, and honest
• Able to work under pressure, independently and result-oriented
• Strong leadership, Strong business acumen & analytical skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
