Bright White Trading HK Limited is the HK office of Fizz Creations Ltd.

Due to rapid growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Audit Coordinator at our HK office. This role will be based in Hong Kong and China.

Job Description:

Reporting to the head of QA and managed by the HK office manager.

Duties of the job will include the following:

• Regular travel within mainland China to assess potential new factories for Fizz.
• Work with Fizz's existing factories to implement factory improvement plans based on independent review of on-site factory conditions and third party audit corrective action plans.
• Book and renew technical and ethical audits and follow ups as required.
• Work on CAPs with factories to close off any non-compliances.
• Liaising with Fizz Customers (Far East offices) based in HK and China, accompanying them on visit to our factories when necessary.
• Other QA duties like product testing follow up, and goods inspection.

There will also be some administrative tasks involved including:

• Requesting, checking and filing Audit reports from manufacturers.
• Day to day maintenance of the audit tracker
• Uploading on to SEDEX where necessary.
• Logging all Audit costs.
• Completing customer documentation.
• Translation of factory documents for customer review from Mandarin to English.

Additionally, we are looking for the following:

• Someone who can work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, and can work well with our customers, manufacturers and within the office environment.
• Someone who can connect and build up strong relationships with factory managers and workers within the Fizz supply base.
• At least 3 years’ previous experience of managing factory audits, both ethical and technical. Ideally for a gift supplier but other backgrounds such as engineering, lighting or textiles considered.
• Excellent understanding of the SEDEX system.
• Ability to advise and train factories on the correct implementation of a corrective action plan.
• Good written English and ability to speak Mandarin. Ability to translate documents from Mandarin into English when required and English into Mandarin.
• Someone who is well organised and flexible, with a logical and analytical mind, and a mature attitude.
• Someone who works well under pressure, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• The ability to work independently with minimum supervision and to problem solve is crucial.
