Job responsibilities:

Conduct strategic analysis of price, lead time, capacity, quality and MOQ of potential supplier and provide sourcing management with strategic sourcing information and report for decision making.

Collect, analyze and report commodity price, minimum wage and exchange rate periodically.

Report financial impact on product cost.

Manage and maintain supplier scorecard and supplier matrix.

Job requirements:

Degree holder in Business and MBA preferable
Minimum 5 years similar experience in cosmetic industry
Strong cosmetics suppliers sourcing network
Strong analytical skills
Effective communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English & Mandarin
Strategic thinking and result orientation
Strong planning & organizing skills
Pro-active approach and thinking outside of the box
Solid project management experience
