Position Summary:

The post-holder’s prime work focus is to support the College's admissions and communications work. He/She will be responsible for:

• Handling all student admissions related tasks, including advising, record keeping, coordinating interviews etc.;
• Assisting in conducting all marketing activities, including events, school visits/talks and stakeholder engagement activities;
• Assisting in the execution of online and offline marketing strategies;
• Conducting marketing survey and data analysis;
• Assisting in the maintenance and update of the CRM System with regard to the records of prospective students and parents and other useful contacts;
• Assisting in the editorial and production work of the College’s publications; and
• Assisting in other ad hoc assignments as required by the College.

Requirements:Applicants should meet the following requirements:

1. A good bachelor degree:
2. 3 years or above relevant working experience for Manager;
3. Have good interpersonal and communication skills;
4. Have good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
5. Have good computer literacy including Microsoft Applications;
6. Self-initiative, independent, detail-minded and positive work attitude;
7. Sales skills and experience an advantage.

Yew Chung Community College (YCCC) is a member of the Yew Chung Education Foundation (YCEF) in Hong Kong, which, together with its sister schools in Mainland China and the USA, offers bilingual international education at Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary levels. YCCC is in the final process of being upgraded to a degree-awarding institution and is to be renamed Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education (YCCECE), likely beginning in the 2018-19 academic year.  YCCECE will be the first and only higher education institution that focuses on Early Childhood Education (ECE) teacher training and related programmes in Hong Kong (See teaser site: http://ece.yccc.edu.hk/en/) and will offer our first 4-year degree programme, Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Early Childhood Education (BEdECE), in September 2018.
