Job Description

Our client is a HK listed cosmetics retail conglomerate which employs over 3,000 staff globally and carries over 600 brands of skincare, fragrance and make-up products. The company has over 200 retail outlets across Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Taiwan. 

 

Job Duties

  • Partner with cross functional teams including external vendor, Digital Product, IT, Customer Service, Business Development and Operation on new customer lead generation and acquisition through SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, DSP, social media, and mobile application
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategy and programs. Build a strategic road map across multiple digital and social media channels and customer segments by taking into consideration target audience dynamics, needs, and business impact.
  • Develop and implement customers acquisition, engagement / retention digital strategy/ plan. This includes obtaining a good understanding of customer behavior, footprints and preferences, and create highly effective digital drive to attract, convert, upsell, cross-sell and maintain high user engagement rates
  • Drive online traffic and customer engagement by adopting marketing automation and across all digital platforms including website, mobile app, email,  Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media, on-line ad, display advertising with content syndication on all platforms.
  • Partner with different internal teams/ stakeholders to create and execute a comprehensive, innovative digital marketing strategy/plan to deliver measurable results
  • Conduct pre/post campaign analysis and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns by assessing against established goals (e.g. KPIs and ROI)
  • Collaborate with digital analytics to define, report, and interpret analytic results for all online site analysis

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 7 years hands on experience in digital marketing/ online business serving diverse market/product segments
  • Background in FMCG, retail or airline industry is advantageous
  • Highly independent, energetic, customer-focused, analytical detail-minded and eager in working and developing new ideas
  • Self motivated, detail minded, and a good team player. Experience in managing, coaching and developing team members (Senior role)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong commercial sense and good project management skills
  • Good written and spoken Chinese and English
