Responsibilities:

• Lead audits on banking or insurance business and relevant projects from planning to reporting
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identify any issues, and provide solutions
• Provide business stakeholders with possible suggestions on how to improve efficiency
• Assist in developing annual audit plan and perform risk assessment

Requirements:

• Degree or above with major in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Risk Management, or related disciplines
• Professional qualifications of HKICPA or equivalent, CFA, FRM, CIA, FLMI will be a plus
• At least 5 years relevant experience in Audit, Big 4 background preferred, 2 years of which in internal audit of Bank, Life Insurance companies or sizable Financial Institution / Enterprises. Experience and understanding of Basel II requirements in credit risk rating system will be an advantage.
• Some IT audit knowledge would be an advantage
• A good team-player with excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills, competence of supervision, good analytical report writing and self-motivated
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
