Responsibilities:

• Initiate ideas and execution of campaigns designed to drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Develop and manage brand building activities including events, sponsorships, training workshop etc.
• Design and conduct sales training and development plan to improve salesperson knowledge and sales performance.
• Enhance sales achievement by liaising with dealers and suppliers.
• Assist in new brand/product launching, marketing and promotional activities.
• Collect, analyze and report market and product information.
• Occasional travel is required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing discipline
• 2-3 years’ experience preferably in Sports and Fitness industry
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical skill with problem solving techniques
• Outgoing, self-motivated & keen in teamwork
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in computer applications including Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is preferred
