Responsibilities 

• Identify any new potential customers/business opportunities for company products
• Lead/Manage ODM/OEM project by working with different team members (e.g. Engineering, Production, Purchasing Team) to guarantee the successful completion of project milestones (including product development, testing, trial production & mass production etc.)
• Support the development of product portfoilo to guarantee the company competitiveness
• Maintain relationship with customers and provide high-quality services by coordinating and working with other internal team/functions
• Manage the key accounts and execute the sales plans
• Create and deliver professional and effective sales presentations
• Deploy business objectives, strategies and innovations to management and sales teams
• Implementing strategic marketing plans
• Manage credit control of all accounts to ensure compliance to agreed terms 

Requirement 

• Degree Holder or above in relevant disciplines
• 6-8 years' sales and marketing experience
• Solid experience in working under a ODM/OEM manufacturing company is a MUST
• Occasional travel to Mainland China is required (Dongguan)
• Proactive attitude & strong project management skills
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Good analytical skills and problem solving abilities
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
