Responsibilities: 

• Assist the International Product Manager/Director in the new product development
• Create new products in the system, manage code creation
• Prepare briefs for IFU, packagings, and other marketing materials in coordination with International Product Manager / Director, and coordinate / follow up with the packaging team and the markets / market managers
• Prepare the needed documents linked to product development check list
• Prepare product and commercial presentations
• Prepare competitive product benchmarks
• Manage shipment of samples and follow up with market companies
• Ensure monthly update of dashboards
• Follow up on invoices
• Coordinate with different regional teams (in HK, in China and in France)

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Management, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of working experience
• Possess strong analytical skill and numerical sense
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• High initiative, willing to learn and teamwork spirit
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
