Responsibilities:

• Assist to formulate and implement marketing and promotional offers to customers and our resellers and implement new services in domain name market
• Responsible for day-to-day operations, including data mining and analysis,operational support and provide quality registration and domain related services to customers, service partners, registrars / retailer of domain name and members
• Handle enquiries and complaints mainly via hotline and email
• Assist in recruitment, accreditation, renewal of registrars and to monitor their quality and performance
• Assist to co-ordinate development projects with other departments
• Assist in monitoring business performance and analyze customer usage and market opportunities to develop appropriate marketing campaign
• Prepare reports in a timely manner
• Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) on systems for on-going system enhancement in timely schedule
• Handle ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F. 5 or above with minimum 1 year relevant working experience in telecom or web hosting industry
• Experience working in domain name registration business and marketing is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Customer focus and able to work under pressure and on multiple projects at a time, willing to work overtime
• Attentive to details, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently
• Responsive and be able to work with other team members
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferable
• Proficient in using basic computer software and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is an advantage
