As our company is expanding in different countries and new client’s campaigns are coming up. We are looking for professionals that have a potential to be trained and developed as our future partners.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR DAILY ROLES?
1. Learning the company’s system
2. Practice your presentation of client’s campaigns
3. Help client to create branding awareness directly to customer through Face-to-Face Marketing to increase sales revenue
4. Plan daily and weekly locations (indoor events, roadshows and outdoor sales activities)
5. Know how to provide and improve customer service skills
6. Setting-up and tearing-down sales event booths
7. Assisting new people in dealing with customers for sales acquisition growth
8. Familiarity of client’s mission, vision, services and benefits

WHAT WILL BE YOUR SKILLSET DEVELOPMENT PLAN?

TRAINING EXPOSURE

1. We provide daily training (one-one-one, triangular training and group trainings)
2. Quarterly sales/events, administration and customer service trainings
3. New Leader’s meeting
4. Overseas training for performing leaders (Asia, Europe & Australia)
