We are looking for a self-driven person with a strong determination to exceed sales and revenue goals. This position will be responsible for growing revenue through development of new business. Candidates must have outstanding relationship-building skills, solid networking skills and the ability to develop business opportunities through a variety of channels (both offline and online)

This person must be able to work independently, without constant direct supervision, to meet goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently meets/exceeds the revenue targets
• Develops and demonstrates expert knowledge and understanding of all company offerings, including design, photography, video production and digital conten
• Regularly and customarily engaged in person with customers to identify potential business opportunities via upselling / cross selling
• Develops new business by understanding customer needs and selling products and services that provide value to the customer
• Effectively communicates with management to provide accurate revenue forecasts and market intelligence that may impact revenue

This position will be also responsible for taking the lead to provide insight and strategy to internal teams (i.e. video, design and photography) to develop effective marketing materials to promote the company.

Requirements

• Degree holder with 2 years (or above) solid business development and marketing experience in media / creative marketing / advertising / production agencies.
• Ability to prospect new business via different prospecting techniques including social media where applicable
• Strong in communications and presentation skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, blogging with strong social media sense.
• Strong time management and follow up skills
• Excellent command in both English and Chinese (written & spoken). Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Detailed minded, creative, self-motivated with strong organizational and problem solving skills. 

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
