Job Description

Create compelling content for digital platforms to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Copying writing (Chinese and English)
Visual / multi-media content development (video, photography, infographics, etc)
Plan and organize social media marketing campaigns, online advertising and events for customer engagement, customer service initiatives and drive new customers to eCommerce platform;
Follow up on campaign progress.
Manage and report social media channels’ performance against business objectives, review and optimize all campaigns to improve ROI.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and competitor activities
Create original, creative and engaging content for all social media channels;
Plan and arrange social media contents following brands' promotion calendar;
Work with external parties for joint promotions, content distribution, influencer marketing, ad-hoc promotions, etc. ;

Requirements
Undergraduate, with at least 1 year social media / digital experience.
A social media savvy individual who would assist on managing social media platforms on daily basis.
Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube, Wechat, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Proficiency in Photoshop and video editing; with design experience is strongly preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator. Chinese typing is a plus.
Proactive, creative, enthusiastic team player
Details Oriented, Strong Sense of Responsibility and Ability to Multi-task
Copywriting or editorial experience in online media, PR, social media is highly advantageous
