Responsibilities:

l   Assist in organizing and coordinating of different events, including seminar, retail sales event and class etc.

l   Support and execute event promotion via offline and online media.

l   Support event material design and production.

l   Prepare analytics reports.

Requirements:

l   Bachelor in Marketing / Media / Communication / Event Management or related discipline.

l   2 years of working experience gained in event management / advertising promotion.

l   Responsible, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

l   Analytical, detail-minded and efficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

l   Good communication and interpersonal skills.

l   Immediately available is highly preferred.

l   Candidates with more experiences may consider to be Senior Project Executive.
