Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Procurement Team
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders in the supply chain
• Assist and provide support in performing various material management activities including processing orders, arrangement of equipment repair and maintenance issue etc.
• Assist in preparation of documents related to the procurement and materials management activities
• Assist other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics management related disciplines
• Hardworking, smart, responsible and diligent
• Solid 1-2 years relevant experience is preferable
• Good PC skills in using MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Short notice is preferred (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
