Job Requirements: 

• Diploma, Degree or above in related discipline
• Excellent command in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• 1 year or above relevant experience will be considered as IP/TM Consultant
• Willing to learn & interested in intellectual property work
• Training will be provided
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities: 

• Conduct trademark searches, registrations and opposition proceedings
• Manage procedures of trademark applications
• Draft submission for filing with trademark office in Hong Kong/worldwide
• Monitor status of the pending trademark applications filed worldwide
• Liaise with clients and foreign agents
