Responsibilities:

As project team member

Ÿ  Prepare pitching materials and data gathering and analysis

Ÿ  Perform or support clients' financial, cash flow and income statement analysis

Ÿ  Analyze evidence and summarizing our key findings 

Ÿ  Conduct due diligence and financial analysis

Ÿ  Respond to clients' enquiries

Ÿ  Work closely with other professional parties in IPO exercise, M&A, other financial advisory transactions involving Listing Rules or Takeovers Code and capital raising exercises

Requirements:

- Accounting qualification or equivalent based on experience (CPA/ ACCA certification or part qualification is an advantage)

- 2-4 years' experience in the financial services industry in professional services firm

- Financial analytics experience

- Good interpersonal and communicational skills

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese  

- Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

- Business trips are required
