Responsibilities:

 Provide administrative and clerical supports to the Legal team;

Assist in reviewing and drafting simple legal documents;

Conduct legal searches;

Assist in maintaining the Company’s legal documentation and contracts database; and

Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

 

 

Job Requirement:

Degree holder with legal studies/training will be viewed favorably; 

At least 2 years’ prior paralegal experience in law firms or legal department of international companies preferred;

Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (with Mandarin as advantage);

Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and word processing (both Chinese and English);

Ability to handle large volumes of documentation systematically;

Excellent organizational skills;

Self-motivated, detail-minded, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure; and

Immediate available is preferred
