The company is seeking a Legal Officer. This position will be stationed at our Tsim Sha Tsui office.

Job duties:

• support to the Legal Department on regulatory matters including EC, PI and Civil Litigations;
• assist in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
• liaise with external legal counsels on project status;
• conduct legal research on relevant legislations and rules;
• provide support to the deal team on legal and financial due diligence;
• organize and maintain documents;
• ad hoc duties when necessary.

Requirements:

• diploma in law or related disciplines;
• 3+ years relevant experience gained in law firms or sizeable institutions;
• meticulous to details and can work under pressure;
• proficiency in MSWord, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• immediate availability is highly preferred.

*Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Legal Officer.
