Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaise with allocated debtors to collect overdue balances each month.
• Corresponds with internal departments to resolve customer billing issues
• Reconciles invoices and receipts
• Ensure allocated customers receive statements in the first week of the month.
• Analyse and determine appropriate measures for delinquent accounts
• Meet weekly with credit supervisor for one on ones to review the ledger.
• Refers uncollectable items to Manager
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties within the team.

Requirements:

• 1 year relevant experience in a similar role
• Communication skill in both English and Chinese
