Working in a highly collaborative, dynamic team, the incumbent belongs to the C&C BU Program Management function that provides overall order coordination and customer services to our valuable accounts.   

Job Responsibilities:

•   As a bridge between sales and production, liaison with various internal and external  parties to provide high standard customer services
•   Manage order processing, rescheduling and shipment management, etc.
•   Involve in logistics system enhancement and other department major projects
•   Handle customers enquires and assist in analysis & forecast
•   Travel to PRC if required

Job Requirements:

•   Degree holder, preferably in Engineering discipline
•   1 year experience in Customer Service field; Fresh graduate with good potential will  also be considered
•   Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both written & spoken)
•  Japanese/ Korean speaking is preferred
•   Good communication, presentation and computer skills
