Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle general sales processing and clerical work.
- Contact clients and follow-up sales status.
- Responsible for handling quotation
- Maintain office storage
- Data entry
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 1 to 2 years' solid experience in performing clerical duties
- Good telephone skills of handle incoming calls & cope with clients
- Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Chinese word processing, any system in advanced
- Positive, willing to learn & take up other supporting duties of the sales department
- Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible & detail-minded
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure & independent, well-organized & a good team player
- Immediately available
