Responsibilities

• Provide guidelines & suggestions to merchants in order to increase sales and expand their business in SEA market through LAZADA
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
• Drive vendor loyalty & retention through exceptional service levels
• Liaise with different department in driving cross-functional and cross-ventures campaigns & activities
• Execute post-sale vendor communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on vendor deliverables
• Manage communication with vendors through each step of the relationship, from feature prep to day-of-feature and post-feature
• Innovative & think out of the box to help sellers succeed
• Ensure any vendor partner issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Drives, motivates and inspires direct reports to go above and beyond: encouraging and celebrating over-delivering against targets and company objectives

Requirements

• 2 or more years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated understanding of the pace and other characteristics of a startup environment.
• Ridiculously detail-oriented
• Plans and carries out responsibilities
• Excellent skills in Excel & PowerPoint
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred
• Excellent English and Mandarin mandatory
