Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding support for all of our customers, ensuring that inquiries are responded to in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and follow up customers enquiries by emails / phone calls
• Assist in the creation of support documentation, such as FAQ's and product material
• Provide face-to-face training for customers who visit our headquarter to perform product demonstrations
• Assist in establishing new procedures and workflow practices to improve the customer experience
• Process KYC verifications for End Users and other data entry duties

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Associate degree or above
• Over 1 year of experience in a customer support role, or fresh graduates looking for opportunity in the FinTech industry
• Demonstrate problem solving skills & possess strong attention to detail
• Possess a 'can do' attitude with a passion for providing an excellent customer experience
• Be able to quickly adapt to fast pace environment and be a quick learner
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience would be considered as Customer Service Executive
