Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals including warehouse operation, Inventory Management and fulfil KPI or other types of report(s) submission timeline
• Establish and manage relations with warehouses, truckers, customers or other stakeholders
• Handle the telephone queries, solve the operation issues effectively
• Drive, plan and Implement Logistics improvement projects to achieve expected deliverable ; support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance work effectiven
• Lead a small team, manage resources to ensure the order processing, order arrangement, billing; handle the daily truck planning and monitor order on-time delivery and POD return
• Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to top management
• Assist HKQAA audits and monitor warehouse and transportation data with its full compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related discipline; 
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain with 2 years at supervisory level, experience in freight forwarding or warehouse operation is preferred;
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to handle multiple tasks with pressure;
• Detailed, organized and result-oriented, with strong sense of high quality standards;
• Fluent command of written and spoken English, capable of handling correspondence independently and conversational in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Knowledge on Warehouse operation flow is a plus. 
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A good team player with strong analytical and planning skills
• Less experience will be considered as Executive
• Shift duty is required from Monday to Saturday once a month
