Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries, incidents and problems vis phone, email and fax;
• Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support to clients on the phone;
• Collect relevant details and record all incident and request cases on call logging system;
• Keep customers informed on request status and progress
• Close the request upon confirmation with user;
• Prepare Customer Service Reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in information Technology/ Computer Science or Related Disciplines
• At least 2 years on customer services working experience on customer services;
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office 2010 and 2013, Window 7 and 10;
• Process excellent communication skill and telephone manner;
• Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.
